If you had to ctb in a foreign country which one would you choose?

I would probably choose either the USA or Japan. I think a trip to both states could be pretty cool. In the US there is higher availability of SN. In Japan it probably is more difficult to ctb. However one could book a room in a hotel on a high floor.
For me this is more hypothetical. I do not have the money and there is too much pressure if you only have a one way ticket. Though the notion of one last journey is attractive.

I live in a country near Switzerland and this is very difficult for people with mental illness. I think Belgium might be a better choice. This also costs too much for me because you need to find psychiatrists who give you a certificate that you are able to make this decision. Though I forgot this option.

I'd choose St Helena island in the middle of the South Atlantic ocean- not a country but territory of the UK - which I travelled to a few years ago when it was, I believe, the second most remote country in the world.

The only how you could get there was on the last remaining Royal Mail ship (now they have an airport). Now I'd choose Tristan da Cunha - more remote than St Helena (another British overseas territory) - basic medical facilities so no chance of being rescued as such in any sense of the word.
