If therapy today doesnt help Im afraid ill ask my ex to help me ctb

I can't stop crying. I miss her so fucking much and this loneliness is killing me. I couldn't even make myself feel better by doing my makeup because I knew I'd just cry it all off
My ex is the only access I have to a gun. theres a 50/50 chance that she agrees and we ctb together or she get me committed.
I just wish I was never born. This isn't fucking fair

Update: therapy went okay. I am no longer as desperate to ctb. I think I'll make it another day

She wanted to make a ctb pact with me when we were together. She told me we could use her dad's gun and she had a perfect place to do it. I talked us both off that ledge multiple times
