Is there a risk of sequelae, damages, in the brain or elsewhere, if one fails with N ?

This case does not seem to be so. They state he suffered no negative neurological side effects. Everything is subjective though and may differ from person to person, also dependant on what dose you take. Take the article with a grain of salt.

Hope there are indeed no side effects if one fails.

Maybe it is possible with a dose that does not stop breathing but slows down enough to cause hypoxic brain damage. I think the probability of this happening is very low. In the case report above, respiratory arrest has already been reported. They would have died if they had not been found. With 15 grams N, I don't think someone has a chance to live if they doesn't vomit.

Not sure if this has been asked before, but can N cause one to stop breathing before falling unconscious?

PPH does not seem like it can, or does not mention it as a possibility.

I guess that depending the reason why.
If you did not take an amount enough then you will sleep for days maybe. A great coma, after that, too much hungry.

there is not another reason, I think. .....................Well If you puke it then ..should to change the method, or try it again.

From what I hear on this site, others have woken up many hours later. I think breathing and heart rate slow down a lot with N. So I suppose brain damage is possible. I guess the key is taking enough and not being found early.

People on here woke up after taking the full lethal amount? Do you know what thread that was? I would like to read about it. Or were you referring to when people try non lethal doses and wake up later?

Non lethal doses or vomiting a dull dose could do it.
