I can't really answer that cause I'm not really a fan of non-existence, but I'm curious for what y'all think about it.

I guess something like what New Age says: that souls who ctb go to a beautiful place where they heal until they are ready for the next incarnation. Except I'd never be ready so I'd stay there forever. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong on New Age.

I suppose metempsychosis/reincarnation wouldn't be the worst when you compare it to the horrifying concept of eternal existence of the individual in Judeo-Christian doctrines. I'd like to stipulate that I get to choose the nature of my next life though.

Paradise or something like that, a place where there's no hatred, no pain, no suffering, and you don't have a physical body as such that has needs and even feels pleasure as a need (pleasure doesn't seem like a need to me).
Honestly, I had particular sensations when I was taking antidepressants, clonazepam, and I was in a very particular state that generated a certain peace, as if I didn't need anything, not even thinking about death, or living, or achieving anything... It was strange, but more or less like that, but x100% would be ideal for me, since otherwise, existing again, even if I were a millionaire or "powerful," would be hell in this world.

Is non-existence different from eternal deep sleep? Because I think I would like eternal deep sleep

So a sort of heaven? This seems like Kardecist Spiritism after-life, actually. I studied some of it (Somewhat similar to Hinduist reincarnation towards perfection belief.)

Well if you mean a post death where you just sleep forever, then sure, it counts. Dunno if you would still have dreams/nightmares, though, since your brain would technically still be alive, just in an eternal sleep state.

Yeah, I guess it does sound like Heaven, but I wouldn't really like christian heaven because it's for sure eternal, and my main problem with afterlife is that I don't want my memories forever to remind me of abuse and trauma that I went through. Idk much about different belief systems, so thank you for telling me, I'll look into it. Though I'm aware that what I described also sounds like eternity, but at least there is an option of escaping myself through another reincarnation. But again it would need a lot of years to heal from the damage this world caused me, so idk if I ever could be ready for round two.

So maybe a heaven of arbitrary time where you are relieved of your traumas and past pains so you can actually enjoy afterlife? Sounds about as good as it gets, without being too exaggerated, hahahah.

Somewhere with no suffering, where we are all treated equally. I think I might want to live maybe, if I had a second chance at life without my chronic illnesses, trauma, and in a kinder world.🌍

Somewhere beautiful to explore I suppose. With no responsibilities. I love water. So, being able to explore above and below the water would be amazing. With friendly animals everywhere.

The difficulty is other people though. What if you don't want to see them but, they want to see you and, vice versa? How can everyone get their own way and be happy? It's almost like we would all need our own personal heavens with simulated people in or, no people at all. I guess we would be a simulation too.

I think I'd still want the opportunity to die in that world though. Eternity anywhere sounds too long.
