I'd suggest skip the hospital and go straight to church to become a priest.You could choke on your vomit, in which case you'd still die, but not from the pentobarbital. I had a long discussion with a doctor about it several years ago and he suggested that was a major risk and it would be best to combine it with a 2nd method.
