With the prices of hotels now days you might want to rent a secluded cottage for the weekend, Friday through to Monday morning, you'll have loads of time to do what's needed, before hand just leave a note explaining what's happened and ask for the police to be called, I know its not nice to be found but at least you'll have left a note and you would of been relaxed and have plenty of time to CTB

I thought about this. If I was in a hotel I would do it in the bathroom with the door closed and a note taped on the outside warning that a body is inside and what I have done to help first responders know if they are in any danger. I would personally hate to traumatise a housekeeping worker for no reason. Just have the TV on to cover noises

I'm a housekeeper at hotel and if you leave your shower on they might come in. I had a room do that. They didn't kill themselves but they left water running for a long time and my boss had me go in there to shut it off. It doesn't matter if you have a do not disturb sign on. If you leave water running they might come in anyways. Leave the TV or the air conditioner/heater on if you need a noise to cover it up. Also if you care, write a note and put it where someone entering the room will see it to not traumatize any housekeepers like the person above said. I would probably have a mental breakdown after walking in on that even if I am suicidal. I don't really feel comfortable helping someone with this. But I know someone who failed a suicide because she was found and it did not end well. She ended up in a vegetative state. I don't want that situation to happen to anyone so be smart about what you do.

My plan is to get a hotel room and party it up for a couple days before ctb. I feel bad that the house keeper will find me, but it still doesn't stop me. The reason I plan on a hotel is because I have a partner and we're gonna meet up half way between here and there. I imagine it'll be a fun time.

Housekeepers generally don't come to your room until checkout time which leaves many hours. Use a fan for white noise if you want.
