...People trying to sound butch with half of the words? (little 4chan 8chan pun there) if I'm assuming it means don't say you're suicidal, end it if you'll say you'll end it. witch I don't think fits the definition of suicidal anyway, but thats just a guess g.e.t or roll Could stand for anything and I'm really not down with the youngans binary lingo.
