This is one of my favorite things to remind myself (and others!) of! If they can show me the contract I signed when I was born where I said I'd try my best, or at all, they can demand whatever they want. Until then, they get what they get and they don't get upset.

This is why I don't hate myself or how I know I'm not in the wrong for not wanting to participate in society. I don't give a shit about being "good enough" for life because this life was imposed on me to begin with
