Discussion Ideal way to die?

Hello! I'm pretty new to these forums, so I figured this would be a nice discussion piece.

As a little background for myself, I want to be a funeral director. I've seen many corpses during an internship, and from wanting to be one of those corpses myself, the question of my ideal death scenario started playing in my head.

So, how would you want to die? I personally want to either jump from a cliff during sunset or overdose on sleeping pills in a nice fluffy bed. Definitely want either of those to be during summer, I want the last thing I hear to be the cicadas cry.

Nebutal or dying in an accident (without me having to initiate the accident, most nde's i've seen have been caused by it + no shame and explaining or feeling any guilt) would be my favorite ways:)

Edit: if you're looking for practical and reliable ways, SN, Hanging, Guns, Fentanyl/Heroine Overdose are some ways to name a few

I really want to overdose on insulin, but it's not a realistic option or a good idea. I don't know why this appeals to me so much, except that I have 3 or 4 times the amount needed stockpiled at any given time, so it would be super easy if not for technical issues. It was my original method that brought me here.

But my true fantasy death, I don't think belongs here. Would be nice, though.

My dream is to die in my sleep somehow. That is the perfect way to me

Oh, another I would like is to go under anesthesia for surgery and never wake up. That's so ideal.

Ideally, it would be to drift off to death, painlessly and with as little discomfort as possible, but sadly those methods are hard to access (some people have difficulty getting the materials needed for it, N, EB, SN, to name a few) whether due to their location, resources, wealth, and other circumstances.

I personally am really considering carbon monoxide poisoning. I am going to set up a tent in my room and have a larger size charcoal grill and roast some marshmellows, listening to my favorite tunes, and hopefully pass out peacefully and not wake up.
