ideal anchor point?

I'm ab 5'6, 220 pounds. There's no reliable place in my house to hang and i'm not in a position to install something, i also want to refrain from going somewhere public. any suggestions for spots that might already be in my home that would make for good anchor points?

Over a door is a classic. Do you have a garage? Maybe You could use the garage door tracks. (The tracks that the garage door slides in. on the sides of the door where the wheels are) Any stairs? See if the handrails are sturdy enough?
