I would never shoot myself

After seeing some vids of suicide by gun I came to a conclusion that would never do like that, it's sad and a complete mess the way the body remains.

Weird, because I could imagine shooting myself, but never hanging, not even partial.

Maybe shooting yourself while sitting on the edge of a cliff so that you fall into the water would help? Your body would at least be somewhat clean when it washed up somewhere.

But honestly I don't trust myself enough not to fuck up; I have no gun knowledge and wouldn't risk it.

A friend of mine committed suicide at work using a gun. My office was two down from hers. She did it at lunch time so there was only myself and one other person on the floor at the time. We heard the bang, which surprisingly wasn't as loud as you would expect. When we went to see what happened it was quite a shock. There was a pool of blood on the floor and parts of her on the wall. Believe me, for anyone considering using a gun to exit, it is a trauma to anyone who finds you.

I don't care for anyone who finds me; I envy anyone who can (legally) buy a gun. This is my biggest dream, you just pull the trigger and done.

I would never consider it, but for different reasons. Gun is way too risky, there are too many things that could go wrong.

I'd definitely shoot myself, maybe put a warning up on the door for when someone finds me. However, I won't because I know at least someone in my family would have to see me like that.

I couldn't do hanging either or jumping. Shooting myself; when I attempted, I laid on a tarp, but then my SI kicked in.

It definitely comes down to personal preference, I would prefer to die by gun, since I believe it is the quickest method.

Should be the last choice when no option exist. Avoid mess. Glad you realized. But see if you can live, change world again, realize dreams.
