Since all the painless ways of dying are just impossible to get materials for, stabbing seems like the most accessible method.
But I am scared of pain and blood and also if I don't stab hard enough, I would have to deal with the backlash from family.

This method sounds risky to me and like it would just lead to injuries as if one tried to attempt it the survival instinct would just kick in, it's truly so inhumane how we cannot just leave this world in peace in a guaranteed way, it really shouldn't be so difficult to permanently escape from all the suffering.

As per above, stabbing sounds quite risky and horrifical painful. I hope you can find a painless exit to this existence instead. You don't deserve more pain and suffering than what you're already going though.
