I suddenly got so damn sad over how my life has been, and how I've screwed everything up. If there is no reincarnation, this was my only chance at life, and I botched it.

I wish I had contributed more. Not as in cure cancer or whatever... but just making some small positive change in someone else's life.

Feeling worthless and useless is the worst thing, at least for me.

Do you ever think wow I wished that other person would of lived his/her life for others, contributed more? Of course not, you are focused on you as all humans are. Humans are just dust in the wind, stardust. Organisms that survive by feeding on other organisms causing suffering by existing, obsessed with their egos and self importance. In 100 years it won't matter if you were one of the best people who ever existed, you will be forgotten like all are, everything you ever did won't be thought about by anyone. I am actually convinced it's even crazier than that though. Consciousness seems likely to be an illusion as how could one hundred trillion neurons produce one person? There is something seriously wrong there. We know every piece of every cell in your hand is replaced many times throughout life span ie your hand has always been replaced by a close copy many times. The brain makes up you, how much of every neuron is replaced? The research is as best undetermined and Inconclusive as the brain is poorly understood. However, If every neuron in your brain is replaced you have already died without knowing it, slowly replaced by a close version of you. We could keep going through these and these are just the one I know. Most of realities rules laws and information are extremely complex, poorly understood or unknown.
