I can't take this anymore. I've messed everything up and I'm scared it's beyond repair as well. I hate it.. hate all of it... I can't do this anymore it's too much

given how unhealthy I am in addition to me screwing people's and my own life severely or heniously. I don't know how I'm still conscious. I remember when I used to be scared of having some heart disease based on OCD... now I wish I had a heart disease that could kill me

Yes that would be so good. The only drawback is it wouldn't give me an opportunity to dispose of some stuff, but I'll be dead anyway ........

I gobto sleep every Night hoping I die and never wake up. I've stopped most all medications and eat terribly. I hope I due soon. Everyone in my life would be so much better off

Those who just pass away in their sleep without having to find a way to exit themselves really are the most fortunate people, there is nothing more appealing than being able to permanently rest. To die certainly is ideal as nobody can be harmed by death, and it's finally the end of this futile struggle that leads to nowhere other than us ceasing to exist anyway.
