Venting I will be caught buying SN in my country so caffeine is the only option for me

So i made a research and Polish government make SN regulated substance because it is poison and there is high probability I can't buy it without proper permission in form of document. The only substance i can buy without suspicions is caffeine. This will be blody pain but i can't hang mayself or cut my veins i tried many times i don't have guts. If i dissolve tablets in water i should achieve poison. Proper mg amount per body weight. The problem is vomiting and high anxiety during intoxication so i thinking about taking pills against travel sickness (nauses should be softer than in SN method so it will be do a trick.For sedation i will be use melatonin in very high amount to reduce panick mode. There should be exit pill for evryone it is so fucked up i have to think about caffeine poisoning because i don't want to go to jail or psych ward buying SN .

I won't lie, I thought of this method... but this looks like a scary way to go. Especially if you just want lights out.
I don't think I'll have SN either (for other reasons) but rather hanging or headshot.

Ooh I don't know a lot about caffeine OD but it doesn't sound like a pleasant way to go. The thought of having the jitters after an extra cup of coffee is bad enough - but if you had a fatal dose in your system, that'd be overwhelming.
Can you hang on a bit longer and find a different more gentle method?

Melatonin wont reduce your panic, because it´s not a sedative. You can use Valerian. Even better would be Diazepam.

Be very careful. With caffeine you can survive, but suffer a lot and get organs damaged. It's really bad idea.

It sucks you're feeling pushed to such methods. As I mentioned in a linked thread and others I survived a caffeine OD. First one was relatively bearable, second not so.

I sustained kindey damage but docs were able to reverse it so although they'll probably always be a weakness there I still live normally.

Up to you what you decide to do, if you go for this I hope its as pleasant as it can be. Nobody deserves to suffer.

if I was in this position I'd go for a psychiatrist and ask them to give me amitriptyline for insomnia, depression and migraines. I'd lie to them by telling "doc, I used to take amitriptyline before and it worked very well, but I stopped. I only stopped it because of the weight gain, but my insomnia is too unbearable now and my migraines are back, so I want to go back to amitriptyline" even if I never used it before. they usually believe and give you the prescription. then having it, I'd simply follow the instructions on the amitriptyline cocktail. it's not that hard. an anti-emetic (usually 30mg of metoclopramide or 20mg of domperidone) 1 hour before CTB, then 8000-10000 mg of amiptriptyline dissolved in a cup of water (wait for it to dissolve), then 1 or 2 cimetidine pills, then some hard liquor like vodka to take away the taste. then the cocktail is done. with the method the person needs some good amount of time alone, though (up to 48 hours). but it's very reliable. and unlikely to cause permanent damage in case of failure, especially considering that it usually works pretty well.

I don't like caffeine OD. I think even jumping from a very high building or decapitation through accelerating a car with a rope tied on a tree would be more reliable than caffeine OD.

I'd never do anything that could cause permanent damage to me, like having to live the rest of my life disabled, brain-damaged, organ damaged, in constant pain, bound to a wheelchair, watched 24 hours etc.

Caffeine method is painful man. I attempted with 5 caffeine shots and a pack of Monster energy drink. I got a heartbeat that was so loud and a headache that was so unbearably painful that I passed out from it. I doubt melatonin is going to help as it can only enhance sleep since a natural occuring hormone not a drug that can force the body to sleep.

I'm not talking about an overdose. I'm talking about the lethal dose according to a proven guide. It is extremely unlikely to survive this lethal dose.

Thanks for all responses i am just desperate at this point i thought i will get sn when time is come but i can't Any drug i can get by my own will damage my internal organs. The rest is on prescription and they will know i want to CTB if i go to the doctor to get it. I don't want you to panic i just consider options. Cutting veins after using aspirin will be also bloody mess. So this is not an option. Thank you for your knowleadge. I feel so tired and so ready... it's my time i know it

Sounds like the same situation in the UK, would importing be a problem? Would 'sodium salt' on the customs label get that much suspicion?
