This should legitimately be an option. I think legalisation, especially if done across the world, would cripple the black market and make organs more easily available to all. Due to the increased supply, I suspect prices could be less than those on the black market currently.

Harvesting organs must be done immediately after death (minutes). The donor must die in the hospital where her/his organs will be transplanted. The harvesting team must be prepared. The beneficiary must be ready.
So, several stakeholders would be involved, even before the donor dies. On a legal point of view, that would be a collective murder complicity.
Also, the suicide method must not jeopardize the quality of transplanted organs.
