Mexico. They have N in vet stores. Walk in, shop, problem solved. I would go right now if I could!

Hmm, I think they're still pretty specific about who can apply. I'm sure they wouldn't accept me at the moment... I'd have to move there and wait to contract something awful.

I think these places DO accept overseas applications though. I know UK citizens have travelled to Dignitas to die. You still need to meet their criteria I imagine- even if you live there. (Maybe you do- sorry. I'm REALLY sorry if you are chronically ill. )
