If you want support in stopping, please try and recognise you're really upset and distressed at the moment. This is no time to be taking that one way trip.I 100% agree with @SVEN as it is one and done. Upset and emotional is a reminder to take a step back, relax as much as possible and let the moment pass.
I want and need folks like YOU and please do NOT try something now, it will pass.
I have had 2 attempts, and both were VERY emotional and looking back I was lucky.
Lots of huge hugs, love and the knowledge that YOU are a very important and loving soul. With no family nor friends except all the folks here, I care for you as family.
