After having confidentiality broken on one occasion which resulted in being traced by the police and then on another occasion effectively forced to act ok or have confidentiality broken I decided enough was enough

I went to a suicide crisis clinic with a fake identity mixed in with some social engineering so the wouldn't question it. Lucky I did as they accidentally breached my data almost as soon as I provided it. They said it was an administrative mistake.

I went to extremes such as telling them my mobile phone was stolen and making sure the phone they loaned me wouldn't reveal my location.

We live in big brother society they said they wont accept me unless I give them a phone number. I said my phone was stolen (which was actually true but I never told them I was using a spare) so they loaned me a phone which I only ever turned on when I was far from home so they could never ever trace me. They insisted I have a phone so they could contact me (and trace my every move should they wish to and believe me they will)

It did feel good to get one over on the shitty system. I would use a fake ID again for sure but maybe not at the same place as I think they would probably figure it out eventually lol only so long I can talk my way out of the "strange and mysterious" problems that arise when using a fake identity.

The crisis service I messaged is called shout and honestly I thought they were crap the replies were bland ,robotic and crap. Honestly ChatGPT is 1ooox better. Their bland replies frustrated me so I talked about a suicide plan to try and get a meaningful reaction and all they did was call the police I thought I was anonymous but of course they trace your phone. I told them I was ok and no need to trace me and please dont send police but they said "not our problem now the police can deal with it" honestly shit.

The crisis center I went to in person though with a fake ID was quite good. My therapist started off quite shit and demanding saying you are treating this like a job interview which was annoying and shit but that aside they were ok. The receptionist was lovely and the environment of the place was nice. Honestly just committing to it and getting out the house helped.
The police said if I hadnt opened my door they would have kicked it in and it was a brand new front door too. Luckily I answered and the police were actually quite nice to me I felt. I mean they searched me which sucked but other than that they were OK and I promised them I wouldnt hurt myself that day and felt I should keep my promise for that day as I would feel bad for them otherwise.

I'm in the UK also. I'm currently with a mental health service but not been to a crisis centre. When I was extremely ill many moons ago they just came to my house and sectioned me. I'm not sure how you managed the fake I.d stuff because normally they want nhs numbers and everything but bravo for swerving all the invasive data crap šŸ‘. šŸ˜‚ I may try ChatGPT to see what they say about ctb etc.

Who the crisis line / police? No they didn't because I backpedalled and said the whole thing was a giant misunderstanding. They police don't get the chat log only a welfare check request. They cant commit me if I am calm and normal unless 2 doctors sign off on it or 1 family member and 1 doctor so they didn't have much choice.

If they had access to the chat log I could have been in big trouble even got my house searched for a gun as I was ranting about shooting myself.

It must be a real drag for some people to feign empathy for those who are suicidal and/or facing crisis. Every workplace seems to have some employee assistance program which is a big farce.
