I used a bathrobe belt tied to a rope to make it longer. Put a slipknot under the jaw and found my sweet spot tilting my head up; I read that your carotid artery come closer to the skin surface if you extend your head up. In a matter of seconds I began feeling dizzy and lost sensibility in my hands and every noises around me became "distant". I think I almost passed out but stopped since there are some things I must do before.

Do what you have to do! I'm happy to hear that your 'test run' worked out.

Nice, gives me hope!, "put a slipknot under the jaw" did you put the knot where the arterie was?

Just wondering though, how would you keep your head tilted up during the suspension? If you pass out, your head would naturally drop down wouldn't it?

I think yes, put it right above the Adam's apple

Good thought. Should think about this next time I try it
