Volunteer in a war, I will need to learn a foreign language and improve fitness obviously, And you can actually help a cause if it's a country you support, IDK about how to apply to be a soldier on a foreign country

I'm generally not a judgmental person, but this is just dumb.

Maybe if you join an army, it will give you purpose and improve your life.

Suicidal soldiers are generally a liability in war. Please don't do it, you'll likely end up getting your comrades severely injured or killed.

To elaborate, even subconsciously you'll make decisions that lead to your death. Your team will want to keep you alive, they might try to save you or unwittingly follow you to your death.

posts like these just seem really shortsighted. it takes so much effort to even get access to a gun after being drafted, and the recruiter has to look into your medical records for self harm and suicidal ideation. no one should join the military just because you want to get killed.
