I keep having thoughts of suicide and psychological pain

sorry to here that I suffer from lack of sleep as well I go days without sleep do you take any medication for sleep ? Maybe that would help I know the effects on the body is hell when you don't get rest

Nothing is working I tried different meds

I've had insomnia for years, melatonin works in high doses for me. Might not be a good idea for everyone.

I was giving olanzapine for sleep but I stopped all meds to plan my ctb with straight clear mind but I recommend trying alternative methods of medication maybe like benzos/Xanax with caution if ordering online test strips etc . of course micro dose if it's your first time I tryed this for a while and it worked .

I'm sorry to hear that....... When it gets bad enough I usually smoke bud and drink myself to sleep. Certainly not healthy, it's just what helps me. Everyone is different as you well Know.

I just keep taking more and more, sometimes 30-50 milligrams but I'm used to that. Some people might not be able to function the next day.

It helps me, but everyone is different. Do you ever smoke or drink? If you don't, idk ? Just try to be safe in whatever you decide to do.

I wish I knew what to suggest. . It doesn't seem like these helplines are all that great. Do you think the police would section you? Are you ok with that? I really don't have any experience of this I'm afraid. Still- it just seems awful that you are alone and in this state. Do you have any friends or relatives that know about your situation? Or- do you feel too out of control for that? Honestly, I can't even imagine it but it sounds frightening. I REALLY hope you can get the help you need.
