Discussion I think I have made up my mind..

I thought I was healing and that I found the method to cope with all challenges but..I've fallen back to using sleeping pills...and...I think I am just going to end it...for real this time. I've tried but I don't see it going anywhere. I'm scared..I don't want to hurt people who have faith in me but I have no choice..
