Discussion I really don't want to deal with myself. Took half of a bottle of Zzzquil a half hour ago. Also had 60ml Zzquil earlier today

I think all in all I've consumed 300-350mg diphenhydramine. Nothing dangerous but I need to make sure it'll knock me out for a while.

I was groggy for 20 minutes but feel awake again :( I've stumbled around and felt dizzy as I walked though.

Too much diphenhydramine can hype someone up, and even more can cause hallucinations.
