Help I really don't wanna be alone when I do it

Is there anywhere I can go, maybe a discord server or something, where I can just hang out with people while I wait for SN to kick in or something? People that would be comfortable with calling with somebody who is dying, and would be supportive and comforting. I know talking with a loved one during it would horrify them, so I'd really just like a kind stranger or two to just talk to so I don't feel so alone in my final moments.

It would be nice to have someone to talk to in my final moments, but I'm already at the point where I can just say fuck all of this shit, I'm ready to ctb. Planning everything has already been stressful enough
