A teenage girl who tried to take her own life is volunteering her time to help other young people struggling with mental health.

Chelsea, from Nottingham, experienced low mood, anxiety and self-harm and was eventually referred to the crisis team at Nottinghamshire Healthcare's Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS).

She's recently converted a shed into an outdoor therapy room and hopes one day to become a mental health nurse.

However it is illegal in these 20 countries; Bahamas, Bangladesh, Darussalam, Ghana, Guyana, Kenya, Malawi, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nigeria, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Qatar, Saint Lucia, Somalia, South Sudan. Sudan, Tanzania, and Tonga. And most are from the lower/ middle class. Giving people who hate their life a even worse one in prison.

Absolutely no problem! My aim is always to question assumptions and test ideas, but I understand how this can be confusing and lead some people to jump to the wrong conclusions about me.

While I'm not diagnosed, I think I may be on the spectrum (like a couple of close family members). I say this because my brain seems to work a bit differently. I feel quite uncomfortable when things don't make sense, to the point where I will risk rocking the boat to find answers. It is never my intention to upset people and I feel terrible if it happens. However, my need to make sense of things is extremely powerful.

You did say something along those lines but I don't think you are a bad person, this guy was clearly frustrating to deal with. It seemed like he was intentionally trying to annoy you by taking your words and making them seem worse.

Now looking back it's messed up on how he got so mad from a simple argument and proceeded to insult you. continuing to escalate the situation.
