Help I ordered sodium nitrite. But what does the AR mean?

Hey guys, need help please. I ordered SN and the supplier lists it as Sodium Nitrite AR. Whay does the AR stand for?
Please help

As well as pure food grade SN, analytical grade (AR) or even technical grade are suitable because SN has >98% purity in all of these grades—except "Pink Salt", "Quick Cure", "Curing Salt #1", or "Instacure #1" that has 6.25% SN.

Food Grade: anti-caking agent

AR Grade: No anti-caking & drying agent

Technical Grade: No anti-caking & drying agent - may clump and be damp

Pink curing salt: 2% or 7% SN

You want sodium nitrate not nitrite

you are mistaken, sodium nitrate is basically non toxic, vs nitrite if used properly can help someone ctb.
