Method I odered SN and also have sleeping pills

As the title says I've made the order for SN, don't know when it will get here it should be within the next few days.

I also have sleeping pills which also act as an antisemitic. The commercial name is Phenergan and the active ingredient is promethazine hydrochloride.

My plan is to take 4 of the Phenergan at least 30 minutes before. I'll stay up the night beforehand so I'm already exhausted, then I'll a shot of 80-90 grams of SN dissolved in water (I don't want to take any chances. Once I'm out, I'm out.)

I'm anemic, underweight and have poor nutrition so my body should be more than ready to absorb the substance. I'll fast beforehand as an added measure.

My only queries are of whether or not you feel any pain with this method?

Someone suggested me that by taking SN with sedatives, i might drown in my puke and it's very painful. so i guess i'm not taking sedatives anymore.

Hopefully I shouldn't vomit because of the tablets and just general exhaustion. I'm just wondering if you feel any pain as you're going under, seeing as your body is shutting down and all.

My body is extremely withered at the moment so I'm hoping it won't put up much of a fight.

I've read that the amount of SN should better be well calculated to your weight and some other variables, because too much SN can burn innecessary into you causing some pain... so an adecuate amount of SN I understand is better and pain-less...

meaning less pain.. I hope some else comes and gives you a better answer answer....

You'll also need a H2 antagonist acid regulator (e.g. tagamet or zantac) to reduce stomach acid in order to help enhance absorption of SN. As for SN quantity, you don't need 80-90g, that's way too much and you'll be sure to puke. You only need about 15g or so dissolved in 50-100ml water (I suggest you use a digital pocket scale to weigh your SN). Taking sedatives (e.g. promethanzine, hypnotics, benzos, etc) is optional and may help make it more peaceful. Here's how I would do the SN method:
-Take 10mg metoclopramide 3 times a day for 2 days
-Fast for 8-12 hours (drink nothing but water) and take another 10mg metoclopramide 8 hours before SN
-About an hour before SN, take a 30mg stat dose of metoclopramide, either 800mg tagamet or 225mg zantac and (optionally) your sedative of choice
-15-20g SN dissolved in 50-100ml water

Thank you for your response, it was very informative and helpful. Sadly, the chances of me being able to obtain metocolpramide in my current situation isn't possible. I live in the UK and the only way I'd be able to get it is through a doctor and they'd never give it to me as I've been actively suicidal for many years and recently went to the hospital due to an attempt not even 2 days ago.

The H2 acid regulator might be more readily available to obtain however I'm looking for a speedy exit and would like to be gone within the week.

I guess I have to be willing to either take the risk or try another method. I have read online about a case study involving a man ingesting 15g of sodium nitrite who was taken in to hospital. It was clear that he would have died without medical intervention and it seemed like all he ingested was the SN itself. The other stuff makes it more fool-proof sure but suicide can be accomplished without it.

SN is rated 7 out of 1-10 in the peacefulness scale in the PPH.

In regards to the sleeping pills, do you or does anyone else know if there is a possibility they may interfere with the effectiveness of the SN?
I was looking into this option but was unsure about the sleeping pills / benzos.
