Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.
This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

Concideration of the consequences for CTB on the (potential) afterlife has at the very least some value.
It's also one of the last hurdles I'm struggling with myself, though I know noone will have to anwser. I'm working on getting to the point you're at; being able to say: fuck it, let's go. But out of all the 'spiritual' actions a man (or woman) can do, CTB is probably the most impactfull one.
If there is an afterlife, it's not that crazy to assume CTB might have an effect it..
I agree, I believe that some kind of afterlife is more likely than just nothingness (mainly from NDEs and other similar lines of evidence).
I imagine CTB does have some effect on what happens afterwards so trying to make as well informed a decision in this regard as I can.

So far I'm impressed in that it is well written and authors seem to be fairly balanced in their approach, despite the rather woo-woo subject matter.
