I need your advice

First of all, excuse me for my poor English.

I live in Egypt, so i can't get any SN and I can't import it because it may be checked at customs.

I want to know if there is any way to die using tools and materials that can be get from pharmacy without prescription.

I also was thinking of jumping off my room's window which is at the 5th floor, but it's too risky. I need to get to a higher height, the 10th floor at minimum. And I think there is no access to the roof/windows of high buildings. So, if I want to die by jumping from height how can I get to the roof of one of this buildings?

Not sure about Egypt, but usually any medication's that you can just buy over the counter, are very ineffective when it comes to ctb.

I do believe that if you could get reliable things to ctb with from the pharmacy then I'm pretty sure that this website wouldn't exist. Suicide really isn't that straightforward even know I so wish that it is. Imagine how ideal it would be if they sold effective methods at the pharmacy. If a product that is commonly sold at pharmacies was found out to be effective for ctb then I'm pretty sure that it would be instantly taken away, at least where I live it would as the society is so focused on prolonging torture.
But I hope that you find the freedom that you wish for, I do understand that it's awful when you struggle in finding ways to die. The difficulty and inaccessibility involved in suicide is the only reason as to why I still exist and I hate the fact how more reliable suicide method options get denied from us.

I think that with methods all anyone can do is do their own research. Once you have a few more posts you will be able to access the search function on here to search for any information that you need to know.

Now, I don't see any guaranteed way to die. I don't have access to guns or any lethal drug. I don't know how to get to a place high enough to jump from. I can't hang myself because i live with my mother, father and brother in the same small apartment.
