Help I NEED to take a risk with SN

Guys, I'm done. My physical and mental struggling became unbearable. I'm going to take SN in the night, when my fam will sleep. How noisy it can be? I will prepare everything in my closet beforehand.

Except for vomiting, it is from all accounts I've heard an otherwise quiet passing. Maybe some groaning, choking/gagging or as mentioned throwing up. Don't think I have heard anyone's experience being loud, noisey or anything like that.
