the hospital will have resources that can help you  if you feel like it is best for you to go there, then that's what you should do. I wish you all the best:heart:

I would recommend you either go to the ER, call 911, or call a suicide helpline (and have them call 911 for you). Yes, it may be tiring for your family whenever you enter a hospital, but in the long run, helping your mental health will also help your family, as they will sleep better at night knowing that their loved one is safe. Good luck!

That you have made it this far testifies that you may have abilities within that you do not give yourself full credit for. We may have to rely on others from time to time, but you should appreciate your own inner resources as well.

If your family is "exhausted" with you, it may be that you could help them by expressing your gratitude and asking them to help you further develop your own inner resources. You may have to rely on some external resources like medical help, but family members will tend to put forth more effort to help those who seem to be willing to explore what inner resources can be developed as well.

I'm struggling with this. I feel it's something I need again, but UK NHS services are so shit, it's jumping through loopholes to get heard and I'm not 'sick' enough for them. It's exhausting.

For me it did the opåosite, my parents said they couldnt sleep at night while i was away, and they still scold me till today about the 'unnecessary hospital bill' it created for them
