Are you still with us? I don't check in much. I had never been able to express anger. It always morphed into fear. I have learned I can get some anger out by parking somewhere without foot traffic, sitting in my car - safe place, pretty soundproofed - and starting with a growl work up to a scream using the f word or some such.
