I need help finding a method quickly

I have access to a building that's 6 floors high, I worry it won't be high enough. I considered somewhere else but it's impossible to get there, too many changes on the trains or coaches and I can't find a taxi service that's reliable for long distance. There's a crane but that won't be accessible. Maybe hanging? I don't have anything to hang from though. I need to do it quickly.

Because I've had 4 months of being ill and there's no cure for it so it's only going to get worse and I don't want to suffer anymore

I believe that with methods, all that anyone can really do is do their own research to decide what is best for themselves. What is the best method depends on what is able to be accessed. It certainly is very unfortunate and unfair how we have to struggle so much in order to be free from this world, I just hate the fact how there is no easy answers as to how to ctb, sadly planning ctb comes with so many complications and there is often risks involved in methods.
It's just so wrong the attitude that this world has towards suicide, the reality is that there is nothing wrong with wishing to prevent unnecessary suffering and your feelings of wishing to leave are understandable. I do hope that you find the freedom that you wish for.

I would suggest ordering SN because It'll arrive in about a week so that should be enough time to get your affairs in order, plus its much more likely to kill you than jumping. I hope you finally achieve peace <3333
