Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I planned to do systematic review around psychopharmacology and/or suicidology. But so far I don't really have any good idea. If you have any idea, please reply and help me. Thank you very much
Forgive me if I sound ignorant, but based on the definitions I could find for "systematic review" and "psychopharmacology", you could determine what research methods work best for determining the effectiveness of class 1 drugs?
I suggest this because, as their category suggests, these drugs are extremely risky and cannot be administered to test subjects willy-nilly due to the risk of addiction, so it'd be great to figure out a common and ethical way to test these drugs' properties by examining pre-existing cases and seeing what works
Obviously, this isn't my wheelhouse (research is something that bores me in most scenarios), so this may be stupid/overdone
Also, an alternative to class 1 drugs (if they don't count as psychopharmacological substances) could be opioids!
