I feel like loneliness is the most common reason ppl get these ideations. My mental state hasn't been best and worse, I don't rlly have anyone to talk to abt it without them sending me to a psych ward.

@shincyroneko - I'm sorry to hear that you feel you don't have anyone to talk to. I have a hard time talking about my feelings to family, and dont really have any friends; so I have just buried my feelings for way too long. But that's not a good approach either.

This site is a good place to safely share your thoughts and feelings. A couple of specific threads to look at include:

• Browse the threads pinned to the top of the Recovery forum.

I wouldn't mind being friends, you can vent to me if you'd like. I find this website to be a way to truly be yourself and to meet others who feel somewhat like you. If you ever feel like talking, I don't mind at all.
