I needed to hear this. Someone tried to be passive aggressive to me online about something I did 8 months ago today. I dont like that kind of stuff so I sent them and apologized (as it was something I had said before I got into therapy again) and even after the apology I still felt bad about myself even though i've changed in those 8 months and did the right thing. I came here after a long depression nap to get some good energy vibes.
