Honest, would I lie to you, yes 7 months I stopped eating all the rubbish I used to buy and eat, the weight was falling off and I followed this diet plan for 7 days at the end of each month, warning only diet for 7 days at a time and go back to your normal diet.

I also exercised by walking 10 miles home after work 2 or 3 times a week and gradually picked up the pace.

For 7 days I was disciplined but afterward's I ate what I wanted in small doses, but I am the incredible shrinking man, :smiling:

Cheers

That is quite an accomplishment, well done. I have struggled with weight for most of my life, I have dropped about 2 stone in the past 2 months by cutting out processed foods and walking 6 miles per day with my dog.

Well done, I should get a dog but now I have to keep fit as it comes back so fast, especially in the winter.

Brisk walking is the best for me as it is low impact and free.

Cheers

When I first got sick I lost 5 stone in 4 months. It was terrifying. Didn't think it was going to stop.

Now I've put it back on so might make use of your diet plan suggestion. :)) 👍
