• If you haven't yet, we highly encourage you to check out our Recovery Resources thread!
  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I think one of the reasons I struggle with recovering is I feel useless. It's not so much that I feel unwanted but I feel unneeded.
I have empty nest syndrome and I've been a wreck the past couple years, are there any ways that I might be able to fill needed?
Like maybe someone needs a pen pal,
Or maybe I can become one of those "awesome discord mods" I hear so much about. 🙄😏

Have you looked into volunteering placements in your community? Back during covid, they set up a 'helping' network where you could call elderly people in the community for a chat or, pick up groceries, prescriptions for them etc. That's so lovely that you want to help others.
