in my opinion there is no easy method available unfortunately, theres going to be some suffering or anxiety generally speaking with any method

it's more a case of trying to get yourself into the mindset where u dont care about that

There is no such thing as an method that is easy and painless, I think that if such a thing existed then there wouldn't be all these endless threads about methods on this site, and if such a thing existed I would be long gone by this point. Unfortunately we do exist in such an anti suicide society that restricts peaceful method options, I wish that we could just have the option to pass away in peace but that's sadly not the reality.

I would personally see suicide notes as being beneficial as it could mean that those left behind are less likely to be left with as many unanswered questions, and I think that when it comes to overcoming SI, those who managed to succeed found a method that they felt confident in and they just knew that the time was right for them to exit, there are no easy answers to this.
And a heart attack isn't exactly a suicide method.

Ctb process is not an easy process,it takes time to make a decision, if it's the final decision,then you probably proceed to researching the methods available and what works for you.
Imo suicide noted are very essential as they provide a closure to those you're leaving behind rather than leaving them with many questions.
Regarding Si i think the key to controlling it rather than beating it is being sure with your decision and not acting on impulse.

At least as far as being relatively peaceful. Not sure how easy either would be for you, since that depends so much on the individual and the skills they bring to the table. Either inert gas, or CO poisoning by charcoal, require effort on the part of the person to get everything together and make the methods work.

Yes and @uletayu the inert and coal method require alot of pre work and really depends if you can get your hands on the supplies. Even then so the inert gas can be a nuisance. In my many trials I could not get the exit bag to inflate even though everything was perfect so after going through 6+ months of prep, it was disappointing to say the least. The more complex methods can sound peaceful but the setup can be the ultimate failure. The coal method sounds easier but you really have to be in a position where you are able to have an isolated place which is impossible for me. So SN it is. Cheaper and mostly peaceful with mild discomforts.

There is no easy ctb method. The delusional pro-lifers have long restricted all peaceful methods. I can understand you being desperate to leave because this world is full of pain and suffering and some people have the worst experiences. I recommend that you try to calm yourself down so you can think carefully about your options. If you do write a note, make sure it doesn't blame anyone or it will come across as bitter. I hope you make the right decision.
