A friend of mine asked me if I would help them out with some teaching via zoom during the lockdown (UK).
I wrote out a message saying that I felt utterly devoid of motivation or passion or interest in anything, but then I just scrubbed it and yeah okay.
The way I see it is that fallout of opening up is worse than opening up at all.
Sigh...
Tired of living, scared of dying... My old friend there you are.
Love and respect

So many times I write some epic response about how I feel about something (often on here) then just think "sod it, who cares," and go with it cuz it's easier. When you've done it for so long, eventually you just cba explaining anymore:/
Anyway, good luck. Hope it works out despite the lack of motivation.

I almost did that a few days ago too. Choosing to open up and choosing not to are both steps in some direction, at least. Hopefully things get better for you.
