and it hurts and i can't move, i can't function, i can't type how i feel. i cant talk to people. its not working and im so done and i convinced myself jumping was my method but i cant move and it makes me feel shit im probably going to die by hanging because thats not what i want but i cant do anything about it and this makes no sense and i just want to scream at everyone.
haven't taken my meds in a few weeks now, feel so guilty
guilt and jealousy
thats all i feel
its fucking horrible

nope but my mum keeps pestering me to order more but i don't need more because i still have loads ive not taken and she just wants to help me but i just want to die and im in tears now lmao

Yea you're probably better off not taking them. It just numbs u out but doesn't necessarily solve shit. I came off years ago and I don't think I feel that much different. They can make u foggy or cause cognitive dulling.

If you actually plan on stopping then you gotta b careful or you'll get crazy side effects

I've taken duloxetine + mianserine for a year and it helped me sleep
I felt a little bit better too. I stopped it, though
I had troubles sleeping when I stopped mianserine

So yes be careful if you stop. Peace and hugs

Stopping meds cold turkey can mess with you really badly, especially if you've been on them for a while. That could be contributing to your current moods. It might be worth restarting them and slowly tapering down the dosage.
