Stan didnt tell when to eat and how much to eat proponol. Can you help please?

You need to stop eating about 8 hours before, and stop drinking fluids about 2 hours before. Don't know about proponol since can't get it, but I think some people take it with the stuff, others a bit before?

Propranol works at its max 45-60 minutes after ingestion. You definitely need to take it before SN not simultaneously

By high blood pressure you take 80mg 3x a day. The dosage can then be increased to 160mg x2 a day. So I would personally take 160mg.
PS This is just how it is prescribed for high blood pressure, I'm not sure about dosis for SN. I can only tell you that the maximal effects kicks in in about a hour.
