I've had enough. I'm doing it in a one weeks time. I just can't go on anymore. I always fuck everything up. No idea how I am gonna do it as very limited choices here but I have a week to figure that out.

Just please don't cause yourself permanet damage by your hastiness. Look at the survival consequences of your method - you don't want to end up a vegetable because you did it out of pure emotion. I understand how strong those emotions can be, but you deserve better than becoming trapped in your body because you were found early hanging or whatever. Check the PPH in the resources section - they are like a leading organisation in end of life methods.

I'm sorry you are suffering so much. I agree with what the person said above about permanent damage, methods can easily go wrong if not planned and it is one of the things that I fear. I understand it is hard to carry on when you cannot take anymore. I hope you find the peace you are looking for.
