Help I have a Question on the Success rate of antifreeze as a method?

My method right now is to drink 500ml of antifreeze containing ethylene glycol, I have already aquired everything i'm just waiting on courage to drink it now. I was wondering if antifreeze was as lethal as people say it is and how long it would take for me (about 120lbs) to die from 500ml of this stuff and if anything will make it more comfortable or lethal.

I saw online that most deaths occur within 12-24 hours, so as long as I take enough the pain won't last long. However i'm having trouble understanding if the lethal dose is based off 50/50 diluted antifreeze or concentrated. I bought concentrated just incase. Blindness and kidney failure being mentioned, I wouldn't go for that.

Yeah I get where you're coming from but as of right now it's the most accessible method and i'm not afraid of feeling pain as long as it gets the job done. I haven't been able to get my hands on anything else, so I really need to make this work somehow. I'll keep looking at other methods thanks for the input <3

If you had ever seen an animal (mostly dogs) die from antifreeze poisoning you wouldn't even be considering this. Please, please, please do not do this.

Just so you know I am adamantly pro-choice but I hate it when people say "Oh it will just hurt for a few hours. I don't care if I suffer a little" because I promise you you have NO IDEA just how much you are gonna hurt and just how long ONE hour is muchless 12 when you hurt so bad all you can writhe around and scream.

The wikipedia page for Ethylene Glycol Poisoning says that kidney failure occurs in cats in 12-24 hours and in dogs 36-72 hours after consumption. Thus I think it's likely that kidney failure in humans after ingesting antifreeze takes multiple days at least, at least longer than 12-24 hours. You would be nauseous, convulsing in and out of consciousness that entire time and if anyone found you and took you to the hospital I think they might be able to sustain your life through via dialysis. Obviously all this depends on how much you consume, and how long you're able to avoid medical attention (where you would be suffering excruciating pain all alone).

Not to be redundant but I would consider this a terrible method. Maybe take some time to reconsider if you have any other available methods.

Oh thank goodness. I truly hope you have decided not to do this. I don't even know you and I would be traumatized knowing how much agony you had gone thru if I learned you had used this method.

I am into witchy-woo-woo stuff and truly believe this is your sign that there is something you need to accomplish before you go. Right after I joined SaSu there was a thread about tying up loose ends. It made me stop and think. I now have my son back in my life after years of estrangement (like almost 20). Needless to say, I am now more in recovery than I was the day I saw that thread. May the spirits guide and keep you. And please, please, read the megathreads. There may be something there you had not considered.
