I have a question about nitrogen suicide

So i know that nitrogen gas is useful in suicide, like you can just breathe it in, pass out, then die in your sleep. but is it actually painless? is there an easy method that doesn't take too much work or anything? will it be very painful if i miss a step or something? i dont want that

It's not an easy method because you have to buy the proper equipment, get the gas itself, and make the exit bag. Then you have to follow the steps in the correct order when you do it.

However, according to most reports you pass out so quickly if you do it right that there is no real pain. There can be white noise in your hearing, tunnel vision, and colored dots though right before you pass out.

Once you have all the pieces in place the actual act is easy.
