Can you get away from her and keep her completely out of your life? I hope you don't ctb because of someone who is abusive - if she is that bad, even being homeless temporarily may be a better option.

I understand the feeling well. I managed to get away from my lunatic parents, but merely freeing myself of abuse has done nothing to address the PTSD, social isolation, etc. I hope you have more options to work with.
