I hate how life toys with me, how life gives little glimpses of hope just to tear it away painfully over and over again and again. I just want to either live happily or die happily, but it seems both choices always say no whenever I look to them

Then being gas lit after. If it went ok you were genius and they told you. If it failed then they also told you it would and you should of done something else.

Got something though perseverance and it gets rigged away and there's nothing you can do. It's going to be multiple things in her life (same for everyone)

Simply the constant torture of having a glimmer of hope for a good future just for ever reason why that cannot be to hit like a ton of bricks.
