Venting I hate how fucking impulsive I am

On Monday I overdosed on allergy medicine (which I KNOW is not a good method, but in that moment I wasn't thinking) and now I'm sitting in the psych ward. Again. This is the millionth fucking time. My plan is SN and I wish I just wasn't so impulsive to keep getting myself in these situations.
