I hate all my family members

There's no one out there I actually like/love. I'm supposed to like my family members but I despise them all. My mom, sister, and my dead father. I hate my cousins/uncles/aunts because they're related to my parents whom I hate.
I'm 19 so I still live with my family and it's horrible. Living with people who you deeply hate contributes to my depression. I also have no friends and I don't talk to anyone besides my mom so imagine the only person you talk to is someone you hate so much... this is my life.

I know how u feel. I had the exact same situation at 19, but without the lockdown and there was more freedom to get away easier when I was young. Are u a female or male? You absolutely have to find a way to get away from those people. Sounds like a toxic situation. On the bright side u are very young so if u wanted to it's a bit easier to escape. It comes down to finding a way to meet people. It's much easier to find friends and potential partners when u are young. I'm saying even without money. Sometimes a situation is so dire u have to just leave somehow with or without money. I know right? I'm not even sure u should let the lockdown stop u. You can still leave your house legally without getting arrested depending where u are. In the Phillipines the cops shoot people for leaving their home because of this lockdown.

You would have to be a cruel, selfish person to live under somebodies roof whom you 'hate'. The money you give your mom for keep, you can use to make your room in a hostel nicer whilst you wait for a council flat.

Relatives are random people and have to prove themselves to be likable just like anybody else. Believing they aren't is harmful to you if you want healthy relationships, or if you try to rely on them in times of need.

I do suggest though flexing your outlook to the point where you don't feel strong negative emotions towards them. Consider them automatons broken due to bug-ridden software - you don't hate the washing machine when it's not working, you work to replace it. Same here - you might not be able to escape your overlords YET but plan for it and claim your freedom from their influence as much as you can.

You have every righ to express your hatred in whatever way you deem fit. If you hate your mother, there has to be a good reason for it. People don't despise their parents without a good reason.

You're old enough that if you can, I suggest moving out. Might be hard with all the lockdowns going on right now, but maybe start looking into places you might be able to afford or start looking for roommates you might get along with?

I told my ma I hated her repeatedly when I was growing up. I even attempted to harm her once when I was 12. At 18 I moved out and our relationship improved dramatically. My parents live over 10 hours away from me and that's plenty close enough for me. We text maybe a few times a month. Sometimes I get so irate with them that I don't speak with them for months at a time. We see each other face to face maybe once or twice a year. It''s a marked improvement from being with them all the time.

Your feelings are completely valid. People accusing you of being a grumpy kid or ungrateful are probably abusive parents themselves or never experienced what it is like to grow up and be stuck in an abusive household.
I totally relate to your situation because for some people the people closest to us and seemingly "love" us tend to be the most toxic and entitled. I'm an antinatalist and I firmly believe that all parents have children for absolutely selfish and narcissistic reasons and have the audacity to think that giving birth and feeding you is some heroic and selfless deed.
Now before you judge me, realize that we wouldn't be suffering and wanting to die while browsing a suicide forum if two people never gambled by bringing us into this world ignoring the fact that we could turn out to be unhappy people in this imperfect, if not absolutely depressing world.

You are so right on, Minnesota sadness. Some people have a high tolerance for depression; those who are inclined to ctb, have a low tolerance for depression. It is THEY who are special, not life's cheerleaders. By parting the veil or opening the door, those inclined to CTB will have none of it; they see the lies and absurdity behind the cheerleading in all of its tacky, inauthentic glory, and denounce it, if you will, as a bogus tissue of lies.
